Triathlon Victoria – The Performance Centre: Performance Running

As part of the Triathlon Victoria video series while competition is off, Paul joined former long distance runner and Olympian Craig Mottram, triathlete and coach Mitchell Kibby, Olympian and distance runner Madeline Hills and Luke Bell to discuss various aspects of performance running, particularly around loading and volume work.

This was a great initiative from Triathlon Victoria, you can watch the video above to hear from Paul and the other extremely experience coaches and athletes in their own right, and view the story and the rest of the Performance Centre series by clicking here.
