As part of the Triathlon Victoria video series while competition is off, Paul joined former long distance runner and Olympian Craig Mottram, triathlete and coach Mitchell Kibby, Olympian and distance runner Madeline Hills and Luke Bell to discuss various aspects of performance running, particularly around loading and volume work.
